SECTION 26 - COMMUNITY & EVENT PARTICIPATION

Shar After Dark and After Dark Collective are intended to foster social connection, conversation, community engagement, and participation in online and in-person events. We do not guarantee compatibility, conduct, behavior, or outcomes between members, participants, or attendees.

Users and members are solely responsible for exercising personal judgment, caution, and discretion when interacting online or meeting others in person. Participation in the community and events is voluntary and at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services, community spaces, memberships, or events for violations of our policies, community standards, or behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, harmful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
