Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States and Canada unless otherwise stated on the product page.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, international shipping outside of the United States and Canada may not be available for all products.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to international shipments.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shar After Dark / After Dark Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
